Christianity forbids the wearing of mixed fabrics. What's your point?

Why does it use the pan-Arab colours and not the old Persian colours or the pan-Iranic colours? And that symbol in the middle looks cluttered...

Well, the emblem is based on the Imperial coat of arms used by the Pahlavi dynasty (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Imp… so of course it is a bit cluttered but it is supposed to represent all of Persian/Iranian national history, so yeah...

The four colours, well, the order was based on aesthetics since I wanted to add black in order to invoke a "Five Nations under one Flag" vibe, with the black standing for Arabs, the white for "Iranians" (includes Lurs and Balochs) , green for Kurds and red for Azerbaijanis.

Oh, that makes sense now. I still would have gone with more Iranian colours and a simple symbol, but now that I know the description, it's better, I guess.

Either way, I'm going to make a Persian flag now... soon. I guess you inspired me?

Islam is a desecration to Iran's own cultural identity and a side effect of Arab imperialism!
