EDIT: Changed Austria, divided Germany, altered the Southern Balkan borders, changed the Egyptian-Sudanese border and I excluded Monaco out of the *EU. Furthermore I added the Dominion of Rhodesia and Nyasaland and made Bhutan independent. Also I made Somalia a colony again.
